- Is it possible to return a product after having bought it?

Reimbursement or exchange is accepted for items that are returned unused, in perfect condition for sale and in their original packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt of your purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, so you will be refunded the full value of returned items less shipping costs.

You will not be able to make refunds or returns at Petusco points of sale.

- How can I return a product purchased online?

All returns must be sent to the following address:

The shipment is paid by the buyer, attach the invoice and the original certificate of authenticity. As proof of your return, we recommend that you always keep the receipt from the courier as proof of the fact that you have sent the package.

Once we have received your return, we will proceed to issue your refund.

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we will inform you by email. We normally process refunds within 3 business days. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email within 20 days of collecting your package, please contact Customer Service and we will carry out the appropriate investigations.

 

- When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue you the appropriate refund. As a general rule, refunds are processed within a period of less than 30 days from the receipt of your package and in an e-mail addressed to you we inform you of its corresponding receipt and processing.

After receiving the email, it may take another 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time we take to process will depend on your bank or card issuer. Unfortunately, this delay is out of our control. You can expect to receive the refund in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. In the event that we are unable to credit your credit card, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method for your order.

- What should I do if the amount of my return is incorrect?

If you spot an error or have any questions about the return process, please contact Customer Service.

- Can I exchange my items at any Petusco point of sale?

No. Products purchased through the web must be returned by mail. If you have any questions regarding the process, Customer Service will be happy to help you.
